So after Creepy Smiling Jewelry Guy last Friday, we were keeping the front door locked. There’s still nobody at the reception desk, so there’s nobody to keep weirdos out. However, when one of the attorneys went to lunch, he unlocked it, and in the ten minutes between when he left and when I next went down the stairs, someone sneaked in and left this on the desk.

Baltimore, here I come!

I made it to my gate okay! I checked a large box and a huge duffle bag. This guy next to me asked me if that was all my luggage, and his dad turned to him and said, "What do you expect, she's a girl?" You know, I actually pack extremely lightly and practically. The reason for all the luggage is the fact I'm bringing my espresso machine and grinder with me, as well as my PS2. The coffee stuff takes up a lot of space. I would have only checked one bag, definitely not bursting at the seams, if I had decided not to bring it. But I have to. I love making coffee. Oh, and I made sure they marked that box as fragile. Better be safe! As well as my checked bag. So many valuables… I need coffee. I haven't had any yet. Maybe I have time before boarding… if not, then coffee on the plane is a must.
