Hello all, in case you haven't noticed I've been a bit MIA in my real life because of my first summer in grad school (low-res MFA at MICA). I created 3 separate spaces which used synthetic hair as material. My pieces were meant to open conversations about race, our relationship to hair (memory). I also created multiple #headdresses and placed a mirror in the space near them which depending on who you are may invite you to cultural appropriate.
