Illustrations for Bandboo’s Product Video Animation

We worked on a branding exercise for Singapore-based fintech startup – Bandboo. After designing their brand identity, we moved on to some marketing materials for them such as their product video. We handled the full process of the video that included concept, scripting, narration, illustration, creative direction, and worked with Genesis Motion Design who did the animation portion.

I saw you got your meds, I'm glad you're in less pain now! I'm fine, thank you for asking x how is your illness going to get handled now? I mean they can't just give you painkillers and that's it so what's the plan?

no that’s all they can do, there’s no cure or treatment or anything. the only thing that can be done for this condition is to make the pain as manageable as possible. that’s literally it. just medicate and try to control the symptoms as much as possible. I’ve been on painkillers for years and years. I’m in so much pain tonight though, I want to die so fucking bad. I hate this life so much. I thought the new meds were really going to make a difference. I thought they WERE making a difference but that was only when I was lying in bed doing nothing. god forbid I try to do something out in the world, I’m still in horrific pain. I drank two huge margaritas at dinner last night because I was in so much fucking pain just from sitting at a table. it hurts my back SO MUCH just to sit upright. it’s horrible. it’s just fucking horrible and I can’t fucking stand it. I really really can’t stand it. if you can’t sit/stand upright, then what the fuck can you do? am I going to be stuck in some sort of motorized wheelchair where I’m laying down all the time?? jesus christ. I’m losing my fucking mind because of this. this is too much fucking pain and I can’t live my life anymore. I can’t even go to concerts anymore without suffering MASSIVELY, and concerts have always been one of the few things that made me happy and took me out of my horrible reality for a few hours. 

I just want to give up. I don’t have the energy to fight this anymore. I really don’t. :’(
