In reply to the AP theory question: do a few sight singing exercises each day and some dictations to keep sharp on those. I'd also review your modes and make sure you're familiar with the different cadences and how they sound. Most of all, do some practice tests or past AP tests if you can find them - that helped me more than anything. Relax, you'll do great, and good luck!
