This morning was amazing 👏!! We killed it like pros! I had an awesome time challenging our core, arms, legs and cardiovascular!!! The warm up was 20mins and a 40mins HITT session was the ending of everything. It was challenging but worth it!! There's no change without challenge. We burned-out on calories!!! ⛹️♀️🏋🏾♀️🏋️♂️⛹️♂️🚴♂️ It's been ruff during the quarantine to stay in a routine, but it's time to bring your zeal back !!! I had a wonderful time and joined in on the phone too!!
