What a beautiful day!! I had to stay and get my own workout completed on the beach after training πͺ my fitfam this morning π!! I used only my body weight and even picked up a new client from training my own body, it's amazing who's watching you and your not even noticing. ππΎββοΈππ½ββοΈπΆπ½ββοΈπΆββοΈππΎββοΈπ€ΌββοΈ I got my spinach, tomato and onions omelet waiting for me to refuel my body. I will need it after getting done with training and burning so many calories. It's important to refuel your muscles with the right type of macronutrients after training, because the brain can't function to optimal levels without fuel. Kinda like a car with no gas and then you force it to store fat and consume it's protein from other sources like your stored muscle tissue. In order to not completely throw your workout time in trash, proper nutrition is key in order for your body to recover from the stress it endured during the training period. π£π¦π¨ππ½ββοΈππΎββοΈ If it's too much trouble to have your food prepared and ready to eat, then the other option is keep some protein powder, Brazilian nuts, cashews, almonds pistachios etc or even fresh fruits and veggies until you can actually have you a balanced meal.
