Caught up with Matt at @bangbangcafe this morning for breakfast after a solid recommendation from @theburgercollectiveau and @issac_eatsalot 👌. . . Against good advice from burger legends, Matt talked me into the Fried Chicken burger. I was super worried when he told me that they don't use thigh, instead they use breast. But when he assured me the secret to tender fried chicken breast is all in the preparation, I was a little at ease. . . After eating, I'm convinced it was a superb choice! The final part of the preparation is to coat the chicken in cornflakes. This creates a crazy texture when you bite into it....tender chicken and crisp coating 👊👊 Checked in using @theburgercollectiveau App and recieved free super crispy bacon 👌👌 . . Let me introduce you to 'The All Star' burger from @bangbangcafe in Sydney. This is by no means the biggest burger that you'll find, but when you visit Bang Bang Cafe you're not looking for 'big'. Rather, you'll find a quaint little venue, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering friendly service, a simple menu but quality ingredients. This is where flavours matter more than size and it's priced accordingly 👌. . . The burger itself has a really good beef to bun ratio with a solid volume of cheese! Loved eating this burger!!. . .
