Beef Stock
Beef marrow bones and beef feet were the contents of the shopping bag my folks handed me as I was getting ready to leave after having a visit last week. My folks are wonderful and very giving people, always trying to help my brother and I in someway, even though we are both out on our own and providing for ourselves. I remember smiling as I kissed and thanked mom and dad for this “goody bag”. …
