A delicious BBQ Crunch Burger with a juicy beef patty, melted cheddar cheese, crispy fried onions, and a smoky BBQ sauce. Perfect for your next barbecue!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 1 cup crispy fried onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices optional.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare burgers or longer if you like them more done. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty. This will melt the cheese. Heat up the grill and toast the burger buns until they are just barely golden while the burgers are cooking. Put BBQ sauce on the bottom half of every bun. Put a cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top of the bun that has sauce on it. Put fried onions that are nice and crispy on top of the patty. You can add lettuce and tomato slices if you want to. To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top of the assembled ingredients. Enjoy your BBQ Crunch Burgers while they're still hot.
