Welp, guess this really IS gonna be a full-on AU now! Wouldn’t ya know it
Choral and Octavian have been added to the mix as a mermaid and octomaid, respectively
For convenience sake, I nicknamed them MerChoral and Bardtopus
Bardtopus is a happy adoptive father of these two, who both lost their parents when they were really young
I also did little bios and refs for them! I’ll stick ‘em under the cut!
First up is the main merman himself, Octavo! He’s very polite but very introverted, so he doesn’t go around that much. He also doesn’t talk a lot either. He is rather curious about humans and what they’re like (uh oh Little Mermaid ripoff spaghetti-o’s). He only talks a bunch around his found family, especially Choral
Choral is kinda the opposite of her adoptive brother. She’s more outgoing and extroverted. And quite talkative! But still, she and Octavo are inseparable. She’s also pretty curious about humans
Last but not least is Octavian. He’s very kind and gentle and as noted, is the adoptive dad of two orphaned merfolk. He’s also a bard in the underwater land where he lives. He hasn’t garnered up much attention, but he’s trying his best. Octavo’s trying to help out by becoming a bard as well
