Yeah you know what I feel like making this even though I don’t do much here

So heyyyy my name’s Dulcie! I’m just some gal who mostly scrolls on Tumblr and every once in a while actually does something on here. I’m very much autistic, I go by she/her pronouns and I’m biromantic graysexual

You will generally find a lot of cute shit here but occasionally I can get a little angsty or grim with my art. No gory stuff though that makes me very uncomfortable. You won’t find any nsfw here either

I tried to act like I didn't like it as well but I'm not even kidding I was crying HARD. If you search any of these quotes they're still there in discussion channel

The server is nicer to me now...but I still don't trust alot of the people there.

Rant that'll probably lose me some followers

I can fully understand if some people might not be comfortable or able to separate art from artist if something is made by a controversial/problematic person. I get that. I'm an avid art-from-artist separator and there are some things I just gave up on bc it left too bad of a taste in my mouth

But I feel like a good deal of people in the Pizza Tower/Sugary Spire fandom are allergic to LETTING people separate art from artist when it comes to Bacontu/What's Shakin' Bacon and thinking people KNOW the creator is problematic. Anytime someone talks about it, people are quick to freak out. I'm not trying to say people shouldn't wonder if someone is aware or unaware of the controversy. But I have seen a few people in servers be quick to point fingers and automatically assume someone is supporting a bad person for simply talking about it in a non-negative way. And I have seen some people act like you're not allowed to like it, even if you're not supporting the creator. And I can't fucking STAND when people do that. Especially since, I've seen WSB's progress. I'm not in the server bc of course, I don't support the creator either. But... the game is harmless?? It's just another fangame with its own little story?? It will also be completely free to play too so what's the problem? You're not supporting a creator's actions just for playing a game (pirating it if it costs money)

Thing is, and I could be wrong, but I feel people think it's cool to hate it and that's also why they're quick to yell at people for liking it. If that's the case, news flash: hating something bc it's "cool" isn't cool. It's not quirky, it's not funny, it's stupid. Especially if you act like others have to hate it too. Just stop

It also drives me insane bc disgusting mods that think sex and RAPE are the pinnacle of humor are allowed to exist and are SUPPORTED (I'm talking shit like Pissino and Pinolino) and yet What's Shakin' Bacon is treated like it's the spawn of Satan bc the creator has done shitty things and doesn't get mental help like they say they do. Obviously getting therapy can be difficult and I am NOT at all saying they're using their mental state as an excuse to be shitty (tbh I am kinda derailing when I mention this but I still feel it's a bit important to say). I'm against the creator's actions, as I've said before, but I pity them at the same time. I want to see WSB to succeed, as I think it has potential, but at the same time, they really need to try and focus on bettering themself the best they can. Bad mental health can be a reason for bad behavior, but never an excuse

Maybe I sound crazy, maybe the creator's actions don't affect me like they should, but I'm just saying, I feel like some people make indulging in WSB a bigger problem than it needs to be. You're allowed to not like it, you're allowed to be uncomfortable with it, you're allowed to not want to separate art from artist and just not engage in general. But please cool it with the pointing fingers and yelling at people for liking it. It's NORMAL to like something made by a bad person as long as they're not supporting the creator (unless it's Harry Potter obviously)

I'm honestly tempted to make an alternate blog for my Sugary Spire Apocalypse/Infection AU bc I wanna show it off but at the same time I feel it'd be kinda ridiculous to do it now before the game's even released, as the AU is based off of a late-game level we won't be seeing for a while

The poor guy canonically has acrophobia, entomophobia, phasmophobia, a severe bee allergy, and had quite a few traumatic childhood experiences involving swamps, music sheets and blowing up the kitchen so badly it was in repair for TWO WHOLE MONTHS

I hate Brizzelle's weird.... Language. What is a gyatt? I guess their taste in soda is fine.

Mizzelle is too spacy. It annoys me. Their shared distaste of swearing is cool, I guess.

Puzzelle is too much of a smart alec. They're... Fine.

Rezzelle's alcohol problem worries me... I really wish he would stop drinking. I don't hate anything else about him.

Izzelle scares me.
