Ingredients: 1 package 8 oz shirataki noodles. 4 cups Bare Bones Beef Bone Broth. 1 teaspoon coconut aminos. 1 teaspoon fish sauce. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/4 teaspoon ground star anise. 1 cup cooked shredded chicken. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. Lime wedges, for serving. Sriracha or hot sauce, for serving optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make the shirataki noodles. Remove the water and set it aside. There are many spices that can be mixed together in a large pot. They are ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground cardamom, ground coriander, and ground star anise. Over medium-low heat, bring to a boil. Put the cooked chicken shreds into the pot and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes so the flavors can mix. Place the cooked shirataki noodles in bowls for serving. Put the chicken and hot broth on top of the noodles. Sliced green onions, fresh cilantro leaves, and fresh basil leaves should be put on top of each bowl. Serve the Easy Paleo Pho hot, with Sriracha or hot sauce and lime wedges on the side to make it taste even better. Have fun!
