When you have a rough day and you’re just glad that it’s over. I know that sounds awful because time is precious, but sometimes there is only so much weight my shoulders can take. . Yesterday, I advised my son to take a different approach with a bully at school. I told him to offer to be his friend, to see if he needed a hug or just someone to talk to. It worked and he was so happy/relieved. Then today he gets punched in the face by the kid. :( My mother has to go through chemotherapy again and is worried about paying for treatment. She can’t even focus on getting better because of the financial problems that arise from having cancer.
