to answer your question, i can't promise anything but anyone is free to send art requests! fandoms i'm not a part of or don't recognize probably won't get a response just because i wouldn't know what to say, unless it's an apology that the request can't be fulfilled :[
the fandoms i'm interested in can be found in my pinned post, if your request falls under any of those then go ahead and ask!! and if it's not fandom related at all, then that's fine too ^^
