if its alright, could i ask your opinion on percy as a character/backstory independent of his shitty creator? even if its just nothing lol
getting into idv, my friends hated him bc of said shitty creator and i agreed. though, im a person who gets drawn to characters when i see how others love them, and fan content has piqued my interest in percy. his moves look cool, but his slugging mechanic feels wrong and dirty even just in custom matches with bots 😭
its up to each individual person to decide if they can seperate him from his creator enough to be comfortable with him as long as they recognize ashley himself being a douchebag at the end of the day. personally i don't mind percy as a character seperate from him and think his backstory given to him by IDV is interesting along w/ his connection to andrew, even though i think he's top 2 most annoying in terms of hunters to play against right behind alva bc i hateee the slugging mechanic and its such a dumb unnecessay niche they decided to do with him 💀
