Before and after. From rough, stiff, crunchy-cardboard hide I'd long thought unsalvageable, to a suede finer than paper and as soft as mycelium. This batch of alum- and bark-tanned rabbit hides sat barely-broken in the bottom of a moving box for five years, and now they're so soft and smooth, you'd never know it. Thanks to @kyfurneaux for giving me a little inspiration-push to get back on the horse, as it were.
