Observations:
From our observations, we were able to confirm that she is one of the newer “bosses” of the city. Her domain territory was given to her by Beauregard. The two seem to have some form of alliance, though that comes with the cost of tensions with the so-called Baron Nguyen. If Operation Flashbang doesn’t work, we could probably exploit these tensions, maybe they could take each other out?
She also has most of the laboratories and hospitals either under her control or heavily influenced. I’d advise that if we were to be injured enough we would go to one of the hospitals in the neighboring cities, unless we want one of our guys to be captured and interrogated. Lopez is one of those fucking warlocks, so we have no idea what “magic” bullshit she’s capable of.
