I know I haven’t personally updated in a while.
But guess who’s been learning Recorder? (Like actual Baroque Recorder). Oh how my life has changed. I’m still a Flute Major, I just really want a traverso and Recorder was more accessible. I’m currently playing on a pearwood soprano and I’m saving for a Tenor. I’m really having fun with it, I even wrote a fugue for Recorder Quartet.
Some of my recorders. Form the left, the first three are renaissance recorders (soprano, tenor and alto) and the last is alto baroque recorder.
This Benefit Concert, put on my Prof Michael Lynn to thank the Cleveland Clinic for saving his life, has passed, but check out the interview we did with him just days before the concert!
