We've been #testbaking twin 8" #barpan styles for #lunch lately at our house. I used my favorite #bakingsteel #THEBIG because it fits these 2 perfectly. We've found it's enjoyable to have homemade #sourdoughbread and #sourdoughpizza than the regular styles. I can make & freeze ahead time and then baked at 500° F. for 15 minutes.
