Salute Saturday Savages 🇺🇸 Easy overnight dough! You can make a Roma style fluffy and crispy homemade PZZA dough just overnight too! Basically it's yeast added to warm water, some flour, salt and EVOO. Let this mixture rest from gently being kneaded. In about an hour form into aThen rest it over night in to a dough ball. Place in fridge in a sealed container and knead into a ball in the morning. Let that dough rise in the sealed container in a dark cupboard until it quadruples! Carefully handle the dough and cut/ divide it into the amounts for pizza's. PZZA! & Salute Savages! This is my homemade 2022' frozen za' sauce first time use. No problems thawing and it only took 1 minute in the microwave. It's totally fine to freeze jars of your own pizza sauce, if you want, js. I made my one day red star yeast dough earlier this morning with CERESOTA flour. I added my sauce then 3 cloves of sliced garlic from I Love Produce, LLC, a diced red pepper and then a thinly sliced small onion from our garden. (just like my tomatoe sauce) and 2 slices of Farmland bacon. It's all bedded on a thin shredded Wisconsin Finest Mozzarella cheese. I usually bake my PZZA'S at 525°F for 🔟 minutes on my preheated Bakingsteel then about 1 minute under the broiler. The browned cornicione has a really nice crunch from my personal 70% hydration recipe. They bake with excellent carriage on any of our Roma style chicken bacon ranch with green onions and diced tomatoes. Salute Saturday Savages 🇺🇸 Hope you are doing well! My son's favorite pepperoni and Black Olive and the wife's thin crust chicken ranch. My newest launch experiment is a 255 gram 3 meat PZZA! It's a chicken, bacon and pepperoni. They're really all the great classic meats on any pizza. A bunch of black olives (of course) some scattered green onion with a homegrown jalapeño for the "Savages" in us all! I used A jarred red sauce BUT...completely covered it in fresh microplaned Parmesan Reggiano then a little bit of shredded Mozzarella. That way I was really able to bring this 3 meat pie together with a lot more sauce underneath! Salute Saturday Savages 🇺🇸 Macaroni PZZA is my newest attempt at something I saw on social media. My dough didn't need any red sauce because of all the cheese sauce. I made a mild habenero pepper cheese sauce for the macaroni. As you can see, adding bits of bacon and some pepperoni adds that extra pizza level to it. Turns out it's delicious even though it's out of the ordinary. I think I should've been adding the first layer with some kind of white sauce and that would have been the best way.
