While I do like the concept of Spark siblings and clones in the transformers fandom I think it would be funny if identical looking transformers were considered doppelgangers

The concept of Prowl,Blue streak,Smoke screen,and Barricade being brothers needs to be explored more in fan made media

A little headcannon of mine is that Barricade,Prowl and Blue streak were brothers

•Prowl and Barricade are twins but Barricade insists that he's older(false) with Blue streak being the youngest

•After an argument With his brothers Barricade joins the decepticons out of spite and to prove a point,he wouldn't regret it even after everything

•Bluestreak fakes his offlining and frames starscream for it,then he proceeds to join a group of neutral nomadic bots from planet to planet under a new designation,Smokescreen

•Once in a blue moon Barricade risks going into autobot compounds just to visit and talk to Blue streaks grave

•When Blue streaks Group visits Earth slag goes kinda downhill,Prowl doesn't know Smokescreen is Blue streak due to the repaint and modifications,Barricade knows its blue streak but is in Denial,Blue streak is sweating his aft off

In my AU before getting divorced and entering the second most unhinged custody battle known to history (the first one was Prowl and Tarantulas in the middle of the war, THERE IS A PATTERN HERE, PROWL), detective and ballistic expert Prowl and second lieutenant Barricade were partners who conjunxed the moment they were able, both being young bots who got some autonomy and because of the Codexa's Laws were able to rent an habsuite and had two sparklings, Bluestreak and Smokescreen.

Unfortunately the INCIDENT (Barricade's demotion after being indicted and prosecuted for corruption and use of extorsion using his position as office, which was discovered, investigated and reported by Prowl) made both LOATHE each other and made Barricade become the most divorced mech after Sentinel Prime.

One day I'll post the informative text abt this AU and the fanfics I have of it, i legit love it like my firstborn son.
