hate stretching and feeling my ribs move and HURT from binding

i had these pains before i got my powers when i still had to bind (i got top surgery before getting connected to the speedforce thank god,) but after i stopped binding they stopped!!! yet we dont have any money for top surgery and we cant fix that hhhh

when i first got my powers, a lot of the time when i was having trouble controlling it, i'd have an earbud in and would listen to music, tappin my hand along with the beat to keep myself in the present and going at the same speed as everyone else
