Hotshot career bartender/ partyboy type moves into the apartment next door to nerdy university professor that likes things calm and quiet. They immediately hate each other. Game. set. match.

Secondary romance subplot involves the assistant bartender/bestie and the prof’s TA to be played by Freen Sarocha and Becky Armstrong respectively.

Net and James can play the couple down the hall that is avidly following all the drama as it plays out and having shipping wars about it.

Also the professor has a cat that keeps escaping and ending up at bartender’s apartment which they constantly fight about.
