#the way that this scene took me off guard in how much it highlights Barts heroic side not only in what he said but with the calmness and level head of someone who knows the weight of the word “hero”. They really took this moment to say "yeah, he's impulsive and he's just a kid but don't think he doesn't know exactly the importance of the world he was raised into and the powers he was given."
