I'm glad you like my submission so much; it was actually inspired by your match-up for me andbrns I didn't mean for it turn out that way and was only going to use the oxymoron of Oreshi and Bokushi once, but I ended up falling in love with the idea and using it for the whole things ajfbensbdd

Aah this is so cute! Do you have a background story for this? Like why Oreshi is Sei-kun and Bokushi Seijuurou-kun? I was just thinking how each of us would have different way to address this guy. I generally call them Akashi-kun but tbh it feels more Oreshi, while I’d refer Bokushi as Sei-chan (thanks to Reo-nee) 

I now wonder what the other fans call him too. I’ve heard of “ultimate husbando” and “his imperial hotness” lol ;)

i mean, in my honest opinion, i would play the original game first and then the 3DS version once your done? admittedly i’m super biased because while i’ve played oot a lot, i haven’t really touched oot3d all that much-- so i don’t really have a neutral stance when comparing them LMAO

but if you’re someone who really cares about graphics, then play oot3d. otherwise? play oot first for the GENUINE OOT EXPERIENCE (TM)

Is it bad if I enjoy the art style of Grayson? I know the series, the verbal and visual sexualization of Dick is bad, but I like the way he's drawn...

There’s nothing wrong with that! Janin is a great artist.

I am very upfront about my dislike of the series, but I don’t take issue with anyone who reads or likes aspects of Grayson. I have several close friends who read Grayson, usually for Tiger or, like you said, the art. As long as people are willing to be critical fans who acknowledge when something is potentially harmful or crossing a line, then I can’t complain about them liking other parts. I may disagree, but it doesn’t mean I think people are horrible just for reading it; it’s just a difference in opinions.

Thanks for asking this, because I realize how heated I get about this series, and I’m not trying to make people feel bad. Grayson personally does not do anything for me (the cons have far outweighed the pros for me). I don’t exactly hide that, but I also acknowledge that problematic content exists in nearly every form of media. If we had to blacklist every single TV show, book, movie, etc that does something problematic, we wouldn’t be left with much media to consume, right? I feel like it’s harder with comic books because this industry seems to have problematic tones far more often.

Overall, I think it’s fine to enjoy content that has problems so long as you’re willing to acknowledge its problems or at least be open to the idea that it’s flawed. To me, Grayson has tipped beyond the point where I think it deserves being supported, but that tipping point is different for every person. It’s up to you as an individual to decide whether something deserves your continued support or money. I feel like we need a good balance of enjoying content while also criticizing it in order to continue seeing improvement in the future, but that’s basically where I’m at. If you enjoy the art, go for it
