Meet -Cute / Bartender Henry x Drunk Alex / AU

Well...Alex is a mess. Six months ago, he dreamed of marriage and having children. But Molly was a bitch. Since then, his love life has been nonexistent. So, after six months of living like a hermit, the girls took control. He was a good boy, and he did what his sis told him to do. He did his best. He blinked with his fucking eyelashes. Not to a girl tho, but to a "so-called Greek God" British bartender.

I am very happy to share this fic.

The twist was, we never knew what the other person would write next.

She'd put down 100 to 600 words, then it was my turn. It was so cool to get that notification that a new bit had been added and see where the story went.

Definitely want to do it again with someone else.

Long story short, we ended up with almost a 5K fic in an AU where Henry's a bartender and Alex meets him when he's out with June and Nora.

He groaned again, his head throbbing from the hangover. Sitting up, he reached over to the nightstand for the glass of water, then saw a phone number written with a black marker on his bare forearm. "What the fuck is this?"   Alex struggled to piece back together the fragments of his memory, which was battered and broken by excessive tequila. He pinched the bridge of his nose between his eyes. "Aspirin, first things first." Once that was addressed, he glanced at his phone. Why write a number on his arm instead of simply saving it? Ah, dead battery. And he hadn’t even thought to charge it. He quickly plugged it in. He needed to call June and Nora as soon as possible.
