Ever since they arrived in Cali Monday night, things have been wonderfully blissful for her and Zachary. They took their time driving from Denver to California, stopping along the way whenever they like it, but eventually they arrived in California around 8 PM. Checking in to The W, they were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a room service at the penthouse suite, eventhough Katherine hated her parents, that doesn’t mean she wouldn’t use and take advantages all the perks of being Katherine White. One of that perk is free stay at her family’s hotel and since she’s a White, she’s automatically got the penthouse suite with all the services that came with it, not to mentioned the manager was obviously trying to kiss her ass, so he tried extra hard to impress Katherine.
The exhaustion from the drive put them to sleep early that night, but Katherine woke up refreshed and even had the energy to wake Zachary with a nice Valentine’s morning sex. After a nice breakfast and shower, the two headed to the beach for their first surfing lessons and Katherine was as bad as she had expected it, though she has to be honest and it was fun.
She wasn’t really bother about the Valentine’s part, she just used it as an excuse to get away with Zachary, because before Zach she never really have Valentine dates except one night stands with different men every year, so she didn’t really prepared anything for them, but thankfully her hotel’s manager was in a full force trying to impress Katherine, he even prepared a Valentine dinner for her and Zachary, setting up a romantic scene with some of the best food their restaurant could come up with. It was quite amazing if she was being honest. Katherine leaned against Zachary’s shoulder, satisfied after all the wining and dining they had, half her body swinging from the arm chair, as their chairs now were side by side while she sipped her wine, “I think I should at least tell Thor about this guy’s effort,” she laughed, taking one chocolate from the plate, biting into it first before offering it to Zachary, “I mean he pulled all the stops for our date.”
