It has been 22 - 25 years since many of these building mainstays (boilers, auditorium heating/cooling unit, fire/burglary monitoring systems, etc.) were installed so we are starting to see many of them needing more attention, repair and maintenance. The Monday volunteer crew does an amazing job of keeping the building going, but sometimes there are repairs and replacements that must happen. Many thanks to our partnership with Bartingale Mechanical who came to fix the rusted pipes in our second boiler!
