Still working on the new outrigger.

Peeling away some shoddy old repair work. Plenty to do this coming winter.

Still working on the front. It takes some extra attention to get all those welds nice and smooth. Also made a 'crate' for storing the side door window glass, so we can start working on the door.

Using self-tapping screws to get a nice snug fit for the floor before welding it.

More prepwork for the front floorplate. This plate, suposedly, doesn't go together with the sidestep yet it's the only one available where all the holes line up. So we have to make the spaces for the steps ourselves. Also made the markings for drilling the holes to weld it to the frame.
