Today I studied a few hours! 💪🏻
The book I'm studying is "Trauma and Recovery: The Aftermath of Violence--From Domestic Abuse to Political Terror" by Judith Lewis Hermann.
It is even harder to read than the one I've studied before, not because of how it is written/translated but because of the themes!
Despite all, I'm enjoying this read. It has all the information I'll need one day on the theme!
At some point I also remember today is the 11th of the month, so I went to read Heartstopper's update and found out that it was the last of this volume and it was the best break from study ever, even though I cried as much as I cried while studying! HAHAHAHAHA
New from Basic Books, A Subversive History of Music, by Ted Gioia. (Read the review in the L.A. Times here.)
I measured the skies, now the shadows I measure, Sky-bound was the mind, earthbound the body now rests.
Johannes Kepler’s Epitaph. Found in Cosmic Numbers by James Stein

Today I fell back on track with my studies, and this makes me really happy! I think this book for me flows better than the one I studied before, it gives many more examples and all the technical information are way more easy to assimilate being surrounded by many real life examples!
My works is better at assimilating information when they are surrounded by stories and emotions, if it is just a random information given without any emotion, it will be ten time harder for me to remember it!
At some point I also decided to leave my desk to study under the sun, that's probably the thing I prefer about summertime!
Even though the reopening of the gym under my home really makes things difficult... I'll see what I can do about that! 👌🏻
During the breaks from studies I even started to watch a very nice anime. "Gokushufudō: The Way of the Househusband" it is on Netflix, if you haven't watched it yet, please go watch it. It his truly hilarious!
After 4 hours I decided to call it a day, I was satisfied with what I had done and at that point was time to go eat dinner. Now I think I'll relax a bit. The original plan was to write a bit for Lamen Week and Kakashi Bingo, but I think I don't have the energies right now to do that, so I'll probably do something about it tomorrow!
