Hi! This is a little reminder that self care is not always bath bombs and skincare. Sometimes it’s remembering how to be a human and oh god how the fuck do I pilot this meatsuit??? So above is a link to the website You Feel Like Shit (also here), and it literally walks you through basic self care (have you eaten recently? drink a liquid! is it time to take a nap? etc), and then when you’re all good physically, it walks you through your mental state (are you anxious? are you dissociating? are you sad? etc) and I just really appreciate this site for making a little checklist as to why you as a human might not be okay
