Human reproduction - Wikipedia

A look at how actual human reproduction works in reality. Spoiler alert: there are ONLY two sexes, male and female, each producing one specific zygote to combine with the opposite zygote (basically sperm from males and eggs for females).

There are NO males who give birth OR breastfeed. Every time you hear about a “male” giving birth or breastfeeding, it’s a genetic female who had to go off her precious testosterone in order to let her body function reproductively as it normally would. This is basic biology. It could be written 3rd grade level or college level, but the gist is the same. Males do not give birth and though someone goes on hormones and gets elective double masectomy of their breasts, they are still as female as the day they came out of their mothers.
