Postal goodness. Adventures for Basic Fantasy roleplaying. The Blackapple Brugh is new adventure by Kyle Hettinger, Morgansfort is a campaign starter, by Chris Gonnerman, in the style of the classic D&D "Keep on the Borderlands" (I've lost my original copy of Morgansfort in my flat, this is an indulgent replacement). Since the BF RPG community is non-profit, these supplements are very affordable. I ordered these copies from Lulu (US) and they were printed in Peterborough (UK) apparently. Similar print-on-demand books have arrived quicker from Amazon, but I'm now a little concerned at the carbon cost of one book being printed and bound in Poland (not these), but I guess "within Europe" is still more eco-friendly than flying post from the States. I've also been hearing that Covid-19 has affected the ability of printers to fulfil orders so the workloads get distributed to other places. I could have sworn that a lot of rulebook printing usually happens through Lightning Source UK (which is how DriveThru used to do it). I'm a big fan of print-on-demand books in the way that they can help new writers and publishers and provide materials for communities which would never have been classed in the past as a "mass market".
