It feels incredibly bizarre to be wandering the roads and alleys alone in my hometown after being gone for so long.
Last time I truly lived here it all looked so big and grand. Now it's cozy and comforting. And so much has changed, I'm hesitant to go back to the parks I once knew for fear that I no longer recognize my way.

a sneak peek of my new bullet journal! I stopped posting bujo a long time ago because it was a lot to keep up with, but I have some spare time and I really wanted to share the collage I just spend the last hour on. Yep, that’s a bunch of ripped up pieces of two magazine pages. I think it turned out really well! If y’all are interested, I’ll do a tour through my new bujo later. I tried a new brand and I’m now a lifelong customer because it’s FANTASTIC. Absolutely 0 bleed despite how heavy my inks are.

My august spread~ I probably need to learn how to adjust things to get my paintings printed out right but I have no idea how to even start so i guess not
A.C.E releasing their album in September has been my highlight for a hot minute so I painted their album cover and made my own mini cover in my journal!
I ended up making three spreads about the album, and that’s the only journaling I’ve done since March...
Here’s to more consistency in the coming months (and more albums)

Here is my title page for 2020! It’s a quote from “Achilles Come Down” by Gang of Youth.
I had my first class yesterday. “Advanced Literary Translation” it went great! the people seem cool, the professor seems nice. I did almost die twice when I had to speak up, my fight/flight response kicked in and that was a whole mess.... hopefully that gets better!
I’m looking forward to tonight’s class even though i have no idea what to expect
