The idea of wheeljack being ratchet’s ex in idw is really funny given that Deadlock had been vaguely aware (and probably crushing on) of Ratchet during the war

And then Drift only after the fact and once him and Ratchet are together does he realize that Ratchet and Wheeljack were a thing during the war

Like- keep in mind Drift had only ever seen Ratchet from the other side of the battlefield so how was he supposed to know

I actually love this design so much- like mtmte and LL are still peak to me ofc but this one is so blocky and nice! I really like the helm and the fact that they seemingly gave him a more prominent hooked nose than the other bots *chef’s kiss*
