Home Made Basil Pesto Kelp Fettuccine w/ Balsamic Figs & Wild Mushrooms Topped w/ Fresh Chives! :D #YummyTummy
Ingredients:
PESTO:
2 Cup Organic Cashews
Bunch of Organic Basil
1/2- 1 Cup Spring Water
4 Tablespoon Coconut Aminos or Tamari
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
Chilli Flakes & Pepper Optional
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
WILD MUSHROOM:
2 Cups Organic Bunashimeji Mushrooms
Tossed in Olives Oil, Sea Salt & Pepper
BALSAMIC FIGS:
Fresh Figs with balsmic vinegar, olive oil, and coconut nectar.
KELP NOODLES:
You can either keep it RAW and soak over night with lemon juice and water to help break it down ( softer)
Option 2: Cook in hot water for 5 min to soften and serve warm.
TOPPINGS:
Fresh Chives & Fresh Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Mix drained kelp noodles with basil besto, then assemble mushrooms and Balsamic Figs top w/ fresh chives & pepper.
