one of the things i love about basque is that there are some long-ass words which honestly mean something pretty simple like. for example . "kontsumitzailearentzako" which appears in my history textbook.. it means "for the consumer"

I just now found a unofficial duolingo basque course!!! Heres the link if anyones interested. I havent seen much but it is "design to teach someone who has little or no previous knowledge of basque" as the website says !
