Yes and no. The biggest question you should be asking yourself is, “Do I trust her? Do I really think she will cheat on me?” It all boils down to trust and truth. But the way she’s been saying that she doesn’t and you are finding out constantly that she does then it is a worry. Why don’t you try and talk to her and ask her if she has something to tell you and that you want honesty. Why must she hide stuff from you. If she just told you up front that she was texting her ex and that there is nothing going on, then it would be a lot better than just hiding it behind your back. It wouldn’t solve anything. Just try and talk to her.
