(Actually Angela is only in her 50s. Her hair wasn't white when the curse began, but all the stress during those years caused it to be white when the curse ended. And her health problems are due to a life of work mixed with unhealthy habits (such as being an emotional eater), and not due to age like she likes to blame them on. And stress isn't helping with that any. She had to be a bit younger because even though the children didn't age she would have been too old to have children that age.)
OK! I remember trying to figure out Cogs' age in the London servant thread, so I put him as 15, since she was only dating Richard and must've been young herself. That would make sense! When I wrote my fanfics, I had Chip as 7 but he didn't age, because he was innocent, and Mrs. Potts as 50 but aged to 60 after, and Adam aged from 11 to 21. I still have issues with that Enchantress, it was harsh!
