Rest Day - 3/23/22
I'm working 10 days straight at my vanilla job so I'm going easy with weight training this week.
So I decided to take a second rest day. I left work, drove to a grocery store to buy some bay leaves and a couple other spices and a few cans of soup.
Returned some books and cds to the library and checked out a new stack. Washed my car and got fast food before going home.
I'm really struggling to eat enough and healthy lately. I'm working more and spending at least an hour at the gym 5 days a week so I'm hungrier with less time to cook.
I don't like meal prepping but I do like the idea of batch cooking staple foods and mix and matching them for different meals throughout the week.
So I decided to batch cook brown lentils and white rice :)
Turned out good 👍
