Arthur Brown/The Cluemaster Artie Brown was once a famous game show host. But it all came crashing down when a child contestant pointed out that Artie was lying about the answers, resulting in Artie berating the child on live television. As it turns out, Artie couldn't stand not being the smartest person in the room. He was fired from the show, but developed an obsession with proving his intellect to others. He began kidnapping individuals and forcing them to compete in a sadistic recreation of his once-prolific game show. If they answer his questions correctly, they get to go free. If they don't... let's just hope I can get to them in time.
Harleen Quinzel Known by her street name “Harley Quinn,” Harleen is a master of subtle psychological manipulation. She’s successfully convinced numerous low-level criminals to join her cause, leaving a trail of deaths in her wake.

Jane Doe Two weeks ago, a wealthy socialite named Julianne Wolfe disappeared, only to return home unharmed. Just recently, a skinned and dissected body was found dumped in the woods. Using the latest medical technology Wayne Tech had in stock, the body was soon identified as Julianne Wolfe's. Upon apprehending "Julianne," I discovered that the imposter had the disturbing talent of perfectly mimicking her victims. She used this talent to take several different identities, relentlessly killing victims until she could find a life she would be happy with.
