A long post about how to have/how I had the perfect self love bath (I did this last night so it's been personally tested and will be instructed in first person narrative for this reason) I placed my book and some water beside the bath and filled it up to the top with just the right amount of hot and poured a whole pot of Epsom salts in (200g but you can use more). I got my laptop and put on some calming music and I opened the sky window for fresh air. Then I had a super quick cold shower to get the exercise sweat off my body and I stepped into the bath and it was such a delicious temperature and the water was ever so slightly murky with soothing salt and I sunk into its softness lying all the way down. And I didn't touch my book or my water, I just lay there and slowly let my body be heavier and heavier. Then I looked at my body and I touched it and held it all in different places and said out loud that I love my body lots of times especially on the parts I haven't liked so much recently and I looked at them as I said it and I felt so good to be addressing my body instead of avoiding it and I was saying I love my body over and over and feeling good about the space that it takes up so so much. Then I lay there more til I was completely satisfied and then I got out and collected my unused things and took them to my room and I got into pyjamas and into my bed feeling very very good 10/10 would recommend
