It's still wet here and it's not as deep and vibrant as I'd hoped it would be. I usually use a deep purple shade and that looks much better. I'll be switching back to that the next time, lol.

The joys of raising a boy

*from the bathroom*

J: Mom! I was trying to make a rainbow with my pee and accidentally got it all over the potty.

Me: Uh-huh.

J: And the floor.

Me: Oh boy.

J: And my legs and my feet.

Me: No comment.

So, my brother left a watery, cold mess on the bathroom floor after taking a bath, and I had the unfortunate luck of stepping into it with my nice, warm socks as my brother slept soundly on the couch. Irritated, I mentioned it to my parents and my Dad jokingly suggested pouring water on him to wake him up to clean the mess. One measuring cup full of water and a startled brother later, I could hear both my parents howling with laughter from upstairs after watching my little escapade on the security camera.

The floor is wet, the walls are runny.

Did a huricane hit or perhaps a gale?

Was our bathroom a berth for a visiting whale?

Children, children just getting you clean

Is no excuse for this nautical scene.
