I noticed some are offended by the tooth rotting sweetness/fluffiness of Lawrence’s and Adam’s relationship in the fan fictions… Guys, it’s not that deep… Most aren’t writing based on their beliefs on what type of relationship they’d have… Some of us do it for solely fun and creation purposes… I personally do it for fun, creativity, and LGBTQ inclusion, that’s all. In the end, it’s up to James and Leigh on what they explicitly want their characters to be and what relationships they should/would have in the end… It hurts no one for artists to create alternate versions of the characters. No offense meant at all…
In realistic POV, they are very different individuals with age differences and they’d definitely argue a lot… There are couples like that in real life. Some can make it work, others cannot. You never know. I personally realistically believe they’d be good friends if they were to gain a more open mind to get to know each other better if Adam were to survive and if Lawrence didn’t become a part of Jigsaws cult. It’s up to Leigh and James for cannon/explicit details, retcons, or add on information.
Again, it’s called fanfic for a reason… Alternate worlds, creativity, what ifs, ect.
