Gotham is not sleeping. It is writhing in agony, reflected in puddles, mixed with gasoline and blood.

A shadow falls silently from the ledge, a punishing silhouette against the moon. It is the reckoning that comes in its wake.

A quiet at first, then a burst of hiccupping, sobbing laughter cuts through the dead silence.

The prince adjusts his purple lapel, smiling at his devoted audience in the front row.

This is their stage. Their eternal, dirty, and beautiful dance of ugliness.

Applications are accepted until July 20, and responses will be sent out by July 25. We do not send out rejections.

Planned content:

- 35-40 artists

- 5-7 writers

- 90+ pages (illustrations, fanfiction)

- a small comic, sketches, and interesting facts

- exclusive merch
