As a Father to multiple children, white lies have became second nature.

Not out of malice, but...

Once, when my eldest was small, i was so scared of messing up i ended up chalking a bunch of small things up to Superman's doing.

So, of course, when he looked so shocked at the new woodland jungle gym that just 'appeared' while he was at School, i just told him Superman had swung by. God, i slept like a log patrol that night...

Oh. Actually, no, i suppose i do spend every morning first checking on my family and friends. If you wanted to psychoanalyze that, you could say it is a form of trying to feel in control of my fears. Namely, the fear of others deaths.

I also do daily Meditation and a little yoga on bad days.
