Me: "B-but Batman, Why?! Why do you keep our love a secret!?" robin screamed

Alex: Batman whispered, "Because if this gets out, the cops will be on my ass like how I was on your's last night."

Me: "You're just ashamed of us! WHY WOULDN'T YOU LOOK AT ME?!"

Alex: Batman bitch slaps Robin, "Because YOUR the sidekick which make YOU the bitch in the relationship so SHUT UP AND BEND OVER!

Okay so if you could ship Jason with someone other than Tim (I KNOW I’M SORRY), who would it be?

i don't think i could endgame ship him with anyone else? 

BUT. i do ship him with with kyle and donna (at the same time), although imo that would only work to a point, and not beyond that. 

i like jason/terry mcginnis if there are crossover shenanigans but my endgame otp with terry is actually het (GASP! SHOCK! HORROR! jk but really terry/max is the only possible option) 

i ship jason/bruce in the way that i think it *happened*, but they're terrible for each other and a romantic/sexual relationship with the two of them is a recipe for disaster 

i don't *ship* talia/jason exactly, because they're not really good for each other, but i'm interested in their relationship. 

i think the thing about jason is...he has this problem where he needs to be needed, but not in an overbearing way; not so much that he worries about letting them down. it has to be someone who he's OKAY with needing, that he doesn't think he'll drag them down with him or be a burden on. it has to be someone he can't put on a pedestal. he can't be with someone who sees him as a fixer-upper, or someone he thinks is with him for that reason; it has to be someone who needs him as much as he needs them, someone who's just as fucked up as jason is. jason needs to be with someone who gets him--both sees through his bullshit and lets him hide behind it when he needs to. but being understood--that's crucial.

i only see jason being attracted to people who are sort of quiet, withdrawn, reserved, and sometimes a bit manipulative; people who are a bit of a puzzle, a bit of a challenge. he likes to figure people out. he likes people who are clever and snarky and don't let him get away with being a douchebag. 

it's hard to think of anyone who works with him as well as tim does, for that reason.

Dick (Dr. Fate)/Batman (Thomas Wayne) from Flashpoint

uhh i didn't read any of their interactions. in flashpoint i only read the ones with traci 13/priest jay, and deadman and the flying graysons; i think i downloaded lois's story, but i don't think i actually read it. anyway i never read anything with thomas wayne ever so i have no idea what he's like 

but i only really ship dick with a certain set of people, anyway, people i see fitting his romantic "type" as it were. like, people who seem to him to be bright and resilient and brilliant and larger than life, people who are strong and good and heroic. if thomas wayne doesn't fit that, at least in dick's eyes, then i don't ship it.

i like dick/kory!!! but, as a temporary thing--they're incompatible in the long run, bc kory is poly and dick is not. but they were cute 2gether and i FAR prefer it to dick/babs. but like i said, it's not longterm or endgame bc donna/kory and dick/roy hahaha

dick/bruce i already answered, but like i said, i'm mostly just sort of "eh" on it. i could see it, but i'm not esp interested usually, but i can get behind it when the right writer takes it on. (the right writer is not devin grayson.)

and dick/tim is like, cute when it's tim's unrequited hero-worship crush on dick, but dick liking tim back is just nah. 

(i want fic of dick trying to let tim down gently though hahahaha. it's more likely that he'd never notice tho)
