does anyone else struggle with tall buildings? because i wanna go downtown in my city but those buildings are so tall and it just makes me panicky and anxious
So it turns out that the fear I have of looking up at buildings is called batophobia. It's hilarious that I live in NYC and I can't stand to look up because I feel like I'm gonna get crushed by a falling building. It says it's caused mostly from experiences of someone being hurt or stuck under a falling object during earthquakes or other incidents. I never had anything fall on me before? And I've only experienced a few earthquakes, once in Costa Rica and once when NYC had that huge one in 2010?
4. Batophobia- Fear of heights or being close to high buildings.
