What is the Marine Core Mud Run? It’s a local Obstacle Course Race Series created by Marine Corps Veterans (Retired First Sergeant Sam Alameda) and directly impacts the local Toys for Tots campaign!

1 minute max Flutter Kicks

This workout of the day is a body-weight WOD you can easily do at home, or anywhere else. Scale as appropriate, or add a weight vest for added fun!!
Do this series 3x for beginners, 5x for intermediate, 8x for badass!
