I'm likely adding a no item addendum because that's a bit too hindering if they don't know their stuff. I may just also give advice from what I'm aware of and learn what I don't know.

My analysis below:

I feel that's not the best moveset since 2 moves require ya being asleep. Snore I get, but sleep talk can pick any of the other 3 moves, including rest and snore. You pretty much halve your chances of good moves when you use it like this.

Body slam is a good pick, since that can potentially paralyze and is a strong, high-acc move. Rest is helpful for recovery and plays into snore well.

However, Thick Fat does squat overall. All it does is have damage from Ice and Fire attacks. When dealing with poisoning from toxic or the like, which is a big threat for beefy bois: Immunity may be a better option.

For a fourth move, I would run Zen headbutt or High horsepower. One hammers into it's weakness of fighting types, and the other deals with not very effective steel and rock type opponents.

The rocky helmet is a good option, but leftovers would also be overly useful as a prolonged tank.

I could run either option.
